Ever notice that RIGHT after you host a big event, complete a giant project, or put an end to a stressor that’s been bogging you down that you immediately get sick? It’s a real thing. Ask any newlywed. I bet a bunch of the brides got sick post wedding.
Spring break is here. As an adult, spring break isn’t nearly as fun as a child or even a college student. There will be no drinking until dawn or sleeping until noon.
Today we baptized George. Last time we tried to do this, there was a blizzard so we are very thankful that the predicted snow seemed to have changed course. Yesterday. Was. A. Monday.
It was the Monday-est Monday ever.
I knew it was going to be a doozy when Baby was up half the damn night. After crawling out of bed and actually remembering to put on my eyebrows, I went to wake up Big Sister…who had wet through her diaper. Nothing like wrestling a fitted sheet at 6:15am to get you going.
