Each Friday, I am hoping to list some things I am thankful for from throughout the week. So today it begins.

- My delicious hot morning coffee courtesy of the amazing coffee maker my husband bought for me as a Christmas gift under the guidance of my BFF.
- Phone calls with friends on the way to work.
- Coworkers who bring cupcakes to the office as a treat.
- The lady at the McDonald’s drive thru window who told me a looked pretty.
- My therapist. And medications.
- Quiet moments of solitude.
- A quick snuggle with one of my kids in the morning before work.
- A good haircut.
- Last week’s Karyn who had already partially meal planned for next week.
- Friends who send you videos just because they remind her of you.
- Good test results.
- Waking up thinking my alarm is about to go off only to realize it’s just 2am.
- My Pipermoon blanket.
- A job I really REALLY love.
- A coworker who brings a happy Thursday gift.
- Unexpected free time to focus on myself.

Gratitude is good for us! Years ago, I began a journal where I jot three things I am grateful for at the end of every day. I swear I sleep better! So much to appreciate!
