My kids have almost always reached for my morning coffee. Occasionally I would let them have sips. But after a while I started to worry about stunted growth and caffeine craziness.
That’s when chocolate coffee was created. I would use my handy Nespresso Aeroccino to warm some milk with a bit of froth. Then the kids would add a couple of scoops of the very
cheapest best hot cocoa powder and some Lucky Charms marshmallows bought in bulk from Amazon. They would add a couple ice cubes to cool it off then slurp it up. They would enjoy their coffee as I enjoyed mine. It was the perfect compromise to let them feel grown up while letting me feel less guilty about a toddler caffeine addictions.
